oh what a crap day im having.... it started with marta crying hum maybe more like screaming as i dropped her off at kinda....i waited out of sight and it was all over in 3 mins as didi picked her up and snuggled in a corner and read stories... i however walked out a little shaken.... no warm arms picking me up..
claude is teething and hasnt left my arms, she is sleeping as i type with one hand
our chicken, florence, died... marta kept telling me that the chicken was asleep...when all whys were answered she finished with 'why arent i dead"......hum
our house smells like poo....the main drain is blocked and the plumber said he would be back on MONDAY
is he crazy... he spent most of the visit in my backyard, talking to our last but at least alive chicken and smoking.. HE didnt seem to mind the smell of poo
and to top it off people have already submitted their soft toys for morphe ll arent we still in august....oh bloody hell
we are finally settling in....back to turning our trash into toys, we spent the morning making cars out of the packing boxes then the rest of the day decorating...
our friends returned home from china and marta and i made them a welcome home snail, another whole morning spent scrunching up small bit of paper and pasting.... the fish is the first of a school ...
talking of fish we are off to catch tadpoles today, there is a bath in our backyard and we have decided to fill it with frogs .. they are ment to eat the grubs that hang out in vegie patches ...bless them.
as for my craft making .... well im busy busy busy sewing unpicking sewing and unpicking a little more im hoping for that last minute rush of inspirating to pull together the object i am making for morph ll.
check out this web sight.. papabubble .. friends of mine have been handmaking lollies in spain for the past four years
each time you visit the sight the music and graphis change.....
well we have moved into the new house and i must say im a little tired of packing and then unpacking...anyway i wont go on and on even though i would really love to but the boring job of moving was interupted by a wee holiday north to queensland. we hung out it the country side with naras family and the girls got to hang out with the cows. marta happily hung out in the cow shed chewing the fat with her grannie. oh life in the country... it makes it so hard to come back home.
but back home we are and deadlines to meet, i sent off some rabbits and ducks to a store in wellington, new zealand today. it feels so exciting to be sending them so far away.
